Derek is a senior leader with extensive international experience in new and existing business development, operational management, risk management, business strategy, strategic planning and team building. He has operated successfully across Europe, North America and the Asia Pacific in both multinational corporations and start-ups. His experience covers all stages of growing businesses from start-up, managing rapid growth to exit. Derek has acted as advisor to businesses engaging in the setup of operations in new locations and conducted surveys of business risks, IT penetration tests, reviews of building security and business risk assessments.

Kevin has spent many years in software development and support particularly within banking environments, with a particular interest in corporate Risk Management areas.

Joren is a passionate IT security architect with a broad set of technical skills and experience in Enterprise IT consultancy, solution designing, security consultancy, penetration testing and digital forensics.He has cooperated with well-known telecommunications providers and has aided in designing large scalable cloud platforms, Security Information and Event Management solutions, Identity Access Management and user management applications. He also has experience in managing and training Security Operations teams and has lead engineering teams in many projects. Joren is an all-round go-getter who not only understands the technical side of things but can also bring interesting perspectives to improve efficiency, reduce costs and solve problems on different levels.
